- Standard hour rates are applicable between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Prices do not include materials.
- Payment of domestic works is due on completion of the/each appointment, for larger jobs or installations we may request partial payment upon booking.

Domestic gas boiler servicing starts at just £120.00 excluding materials/parts and any time spent attending to faults. Click here for more information
Unvented hot water cylinder servicing (excluding parts and drain down if required) is £120.00. We apply a discount to this if booked for the same visit as a boiler service, instead of both together being £240.00, we discount this to £200.00.

Domestic gas boiler/heating diagnostic charge is £96.00. Based on the diagnosis we will quote for the remedial work required to address the identified fault.
Underfloor heating and/or Air source heat pump fault visits are charged at an hourly rate of £96.00 with a minimum charge of 1 hour applicable to all visits.
We do not offer landlord gas safety certificates.
