Boiler servicing is always completed to manufacturers instructions. When it comes to servicing, it is important to consider it as proactive maintenance, and certainly not a tick box exercise.
For customers with chemically inhibited systems we comply with BS7593:2019 by testing inhibitor levels annually. We also carry test kits for more in depth analysis of water quality, this includes PH, electrical conductivity and hardness. From this we can provide a recommended plan for remedial work that will get the water quality to where it should be, and maintained that way to ensure the boiler and heating system continues to work and work efficiently.
